Ok, so I couldn’t pick 10! These are some of my very favorite Instant Pot Recipes. It’s really amazing that me of all people would love the Instant Pot. I love to do everything the hard and slow way, but I absolutely love this pot and it has changed the way I cook. I love the Instant Pot for so many reasons but here are a few of them:

  • It cook things fast!
  • Meat doesn’t have that “stewed” taste like the crock pot causes.
  • Meat comes out tender and perfect.
  • Dried beans do not need to be soaked overnight and they turn out perfectly.
  • I love being able to sauté right in the pot, no need for a second pan.
  • I love that the pot can go right into the dishwasher.
  • I love that you can buy a nonstick liner for cooking foods like rice.
