The Anova Vacuum Sealer is a great vacuum sealer. It's super easy to use, not a lot of buttons and isn't very expensive. While there are others out there, this one is a great basic one and the one I use.

The Instant Pot is is one of my favorite and best food prep secrets. It is a multipurpose appliance, rice cooker, slow cooker, pressure cooker and more. I use it mainly for pressure cooking. Meat pressurized in the Instant Pot cooks quickly and turns out very tender. Doesn't have that "stewed" crock pot taste deprived of oxygen.

I recommend getting an 8 qt Instant Pot but a 6 qt will do. With an 8 qt you can easily make large batches of soups, broths, and meat. Why make a batch twice when you can do it once with an 8 qt?

The NutriMill Artiste Mixer was specifically designed to bring the luxury of homemade baked goods into everyone’s home at an affordable price. This compact powerful bottom drive mixer easily mixes up to 6 pounds of dough or as little as one loaf. It’s perfect for making bread, pizza dough, cookie & pastry dough, pie crusts, and more. It is great for beginning bakers to learn the ropes with ease as well as providing an innovative way to get into baking.

Quickly and easily mill all non-oily grains, beans, and legumes. Shaped from bamboo the Harvest Grain Mill is elegant all while being eco-friendly and sustainable. The countertop size fits easily into any kitchen, and the adjustable texture control knob enables a choice to mill fine, medium, or coarse (cracked grain to a pasty fine flour) to fit your baking needs. The near diamond-hard corundum milling stones offer exceptional cutting performance to mill even the hardest of grains and create high-quality flour.

Souper Cubes are such a game changer. So much easier to put soup into these trays. Freeze and then remove and vacuum seal so you can use them for other soups. I mostly use 1/2 cup 1 cup and 2 cup Souper Cube trays. If you have to pick one, choose the 1 cup tray.

These silicone molds are great for my On the Go Chipotle Egg Cups. Unfortunately they do not do well in metal pans as they stick really bad -believe me! These are perfect!

I use these black food prep boxes to store my food in the refrigerator before I pack it up into the vacuum sealed bags. Also if I know I'm going to eat the food in a few days, I'll put the food in here with a sticky note with name and "eat by....."

This is a great way to save a ton of calories. Fill it halfway with your favorite olive oil (or any oil). Pump and spray. It allows you to use a "little" and not a tablespoon.

Non-stick roasting pan. The two most important qualities to look for in a Roaster are durability and style and this one has lots of both. With a sizable surface area (13"x16") and sturdy riveted handles, it can hold a 25-lb. turkey, large brisket, or ham with ease for many holidays to come.

Knives

Knives are so important to food prep. To me having a good knife makes all the difference in the kitchen. They are so important to me that I when I travel to see family or even on vacation, I bring them with me. A good knife saves you time and effort and makes food prep a breeze!

This ZWILLING Pro 7-inch Rocking Santoku Knife is my newest and my favorite knife. I love it so much that I bought my dad one for his birthday last year as well as my aunt who loves to cook.
