I just had to share a few easy ways I use Casa M Chain Reaction. These recipes don’t really require a “recipe” but I wanted to show you how easy it is to add pizzazz to your dishes with little effort. Simply replacing your salt shaker on your table with Chain Reaction, you reduce your sodium intake by 80% with no perceivable loss in flavor so it makes sense to use this fabulous spice in everything.

This is probably one of my favorite ways to add pizzazz to your Mexican dishes. Just add 1 -2 teaspoons of Chain Reaction (controlled or uncontrolled version) to light sour cream. Makes a great topping for tacos, wraps, baked potatoes, my Healthy Jalapeño Adobo Turkey Sliders. It tastes better if you allow the flavors to meld together for an hour or so but you can use it right away if you want to.
To make it extra tasty, heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan, add 2 cloves of minced garlic and 1/2 finely chopped jalapeno. Slightly brown, but don’t let it burn. Allow it to cool for a few minutes, then add to the light sour cream with the Casa M Chain Reaction.
These toasted pepitas are super easy to make and add such a delightful crunch to just about anything! Just spray pepitas (certain kind of pumpkin seed, doesn’t have a shell) with olive oil spray (paid link) and sprinkle with Chain Reaction and a little kosher salt (paid link). Broil for 2 minutes. Stir and broil again for about 1 min. Watch so they don’t burn!
These make great snacks but I love them over salads, tacos and in wraps.
