I love dessert but I’m not about fat free, sugar free yuck. I think it’s better to have a little of heaven and something fabulous than a lot of yuck. Therefore on my website, you won’t see too many “healthy” desserts. I’ll post great dessert recipes often in mini sizes or small portions with the ww points and calorie info so you can still track it and fit it into your week. My gourmet healthy website is about great taste as well as being healthy so often times moderation is the key when eating desserts.
